SAND FILTERS

This package can be used to refine the physical surface water, Filtration of drinking and industrial purposes, Remove paints,Pool water treatment and cooling tower return water purification .The devices in the filtration process to remove suspended solids and floating duty and other impurities suspended in water,is responsible for, thay are trapped in the silica substrate.the system is designed so that almost all physical particles suspended in the bottom layer are trapped,so water with low turbidity can be obtained.Accumulation of physical particles suspended in the filter bed pressure drop has increased and the need to wash the filter back wash method requires.after washing system for efficient use and reuse of devices can help suspended materials coagulate and impurities method. It should be noted that in case of high water turbidity and suspended solids in many uses, including drinking water with different climatic conditions, such as boilers and industrial use … Additional equipment will be installed at the beginning of the sand filter.

Filters produced by this company are as follows:

1- Pressure filters

2- Gravity filters

Pressure filters production point :

-     Epoxy coated tanks to protect and increase the useful life of the device .

-     Silica substrate and aggregation layers of high purity and high hardness(increasing efficiency and long lifetime package)

-     Filters with a cylindrical body and is made of steel with the proper thickness (indicated in the table) with various diameters and two lenses in the upper and lower side.

-     Pressure vessel equipped with air bleed valve, manometer to indicate the pressure .

<p >-     Water distribution and collection systems to make uniformity of water and to increase the efficiency of the device.

Cooling Tower water Filtration System

Filtration is a mechanical process to remove suspended matter such as mud, silt and microbialmatter from water by collecting the solids on a porous medium. Removing suspended matterhelps the overall water management program's success by eliminating deposit-causing substances, as well as chemical treatment products to work more effectively. There are two methods of filtration:

1. In-Line Filtration – In-line filtration allows all system circulating water to pass through a strainer or filter in order to remove impurities and suspended solids.

2. Side-stream filtration – Side-stream filtration means placing a filter in a bypass stream so that a portion of the total cooling water circulation rate (at least 5%) is filtered. Higher bypass portion leads to better water quality but also increase the filtration equipment capacity. The advantage of side-stream filtration includes lower capital and space requirement than in-line filtration using the same filtration method. In addition, side-stream filtration has the advantage of being able to process the recirculation cooling system and remove debris, which has been drawn in by the cooling tower, as well as impurities precipitated in the bulk water. Both in-line filtration and side-stream filtration processes help in reducing suspended solids to an acceptable level.
