The hardness is applied to Calcium ions(Ca++) and magnesium(Mg++) and mineral salts in the water.This deposit formation and reduce the cost of quality in manufacturing industries and indigestion and renal diseaaes in drinking and lack of suitable foam for washing purposes.
Hardness elimination method :
There are several ways to eliminate water hardness ,the most common method is ion exchange with the help of hard resin columns.Ion exchange volume directly depends to Ion echange capacity of the resin and time passes water. After Ion exchange reduction or increase of hardness during water washing step the device will enter the production phase.
